Megan is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master's of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2024. Originally from Eastern South Dakota, she relocated to Spearfish in 2017, where she began her nursing career at Spearfish Hospital as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, serving the community for over six years. After gaining valuable experience in Urgent Care, Megan pursued her passion for women's health, where she now specializes and thrives in the field. With a deep commitment to providing exceptional health care, she is excited to offer personalized care to the women of the Black Hills. When she's not caring for patients, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and reading a good book.

Dr Sutton is a board-certified OB/Gyn who joined Rushmore OB/Gyn in 2022. She graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2014. She completed her OB/Gyn residency at the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2018. She has practiced in Rapid City, SD and Charlotte, NC. 

Meghan is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and graduate of South Dakota State University. She has been in practice since 2020. 

Meghan grew up in Rapid City. She graduated with her undergraduate nursing degree from SDSU in 2014 and after graduation worked as a registered nurse in obstetrics at Monument Health Hospital. After obtaining her NP degree in 2020, she worked in gastroenterology. She joined Rushmore OB/GYN in January of 2025 and is excited to be working in women’s health again. 

Outside of the office, her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family and enjoy the Black Hills area.

Sasha Mosset, CNP, is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare provider with a strong background in women's health.
She graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 and spent 6.5 years as a
Labor and Delivery nurse at Monument Health Spearfish Hospital, where she gained extensive experience in maternal and
newborn care. Driven by a passion for providing comprehensive patient care, Sasha pursued advanced education and
earned her Master of Science in Nursing, becoming a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) in August 2024. She is committed to
delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and empowering individuals through education and support in their
healthcare journey.
